5 Star removed our old polycarbonate conservatory roof and fitted a new tiled roof..

The service we received from our initial enquiry to final completion was excellent and very professional. Aron, the Sales Designer,  was knowledgeable and helpful throughout, visiting us on three occasions. The sales staff in the showroom in Worcester were also helpful and remembered our names on the three visits we made, whilst  Gareth, Molly and Ross (a Director) in Head Office could not have more obliging. 

There was no hard sell and when we delayed both finalising the details and the final fitting of our new windows, the company could not have been more understanding and helpful.

The fitters, Tim and Tyler were very pleasant and professional and have done an excellent job.

We have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Windows to family and friends and will be using them again in the future.

Last year we chose 5 Star to replace our patio doors and were delighted with the results, so when it came to replacing the back door we went back to 5 Star. Once again the whole process was very smooth with excellent results. We now have a beautiful back door that matches our patio doors. I can’t recommend 5 Star enough.

Our new conservatory looks great and everyone we dealt with at 5 star was polite and professional. The installation was not without its problems from damage caused to internal decoration, incomplete finishing and a damaged window pane that needed to be replaced part of the process. 5 star were quick to remedy the majority of these issues without quarrel. Unfortunately, the installation has now left us with decorating issues that we have to resolve in the adjoining room.

In very cold weather some months ago, your team came to Bramble Hill and fitted three windows in our art studio.  I was so impressed by your team and your products that I ordered a further two large windows.  
Duncan arrived to fit them.  He was efficient and courteous and helpful far beyond the call of duty.  A shelf had been fitted to our old wooden windows: he took this down and cunningly worked out how it could be installed above the new window.  He also - with considerable difficulty - cheerfully repositioned a draining board so that it would fit in.
The new windows look brilliant and the fitting was exemplary.  5-star Windows are indeed 5 Star.

The two guys who completed the job were polite through out kept area clean made me aware when they thought work was going to take longer due to an issue removing previous door taking longer than expected to ensure i was happy with this. They also checked through everything with me to make sure i was happy before they left. Very pleased with the job and it looks great and extra reassuring that there is a guarantee of work as well for peace of mind.
