Excellent service. Faulty window (not previously supplied by 5 Star Windows) was measured and assessed by engineer. Order placement was easy. Replacement window was supplied and fitted on the agreed date and at the agreed time. No mess. Highly recommended.

I wanted a new front door to replace an old one that had been on my property for 20 years and after looking at various online reviews I decided to pop into the Kidderminster showroom to have a look at a door I had seen on the 5 star facebook page. As soon as I entered the showroom I was greeted by a lady who showed me the door I had come to see and also some alternatives. I knew straight away this was the company I was going to use for my job. I made an appointment for an adviser to visit my home and discuss further. After this visit I had made my mind up and I was definitely settled on having a new Palladio door. The process was an easy one from there onwards. A surveyor came and finalised measurements and details and a few weeks later Paul arrived to fit my new door. He did a brilliant job and the door was fitted without issues. The door looks great and I am so pleased with the quality of the door and also the way in which the process was handled from beginning to end. I would recommend 5 Star Windows to anyone looking for windows, doors and conservatories etc and would not hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you.

The service I received from day one when I received the quote, the surveyor, and finally the fitting has been excellent. I have been kept informed throughout of dates and times, and the fitters were top class and their attention to detail and finish was exceptional.

Just had our conservatory roof replaced can't fault the service. Our fitters Mark and Stuart were punctual worked hard and did a super job. Keith the electrician equally so. P Jones the plasterers also. Our experience would certainly be Five Star.

Very happy with the conservatory. Built to replace a worn out wooden conservatory. We chose an aluminium powder coated frame. Installers were speedy an efficient.
