Once again 5 Star Windows & Conservatories live up to their First Class reputation... We recently contacted 5 Star with regards to a New front door unit. Ross Manser visited us and we discussed the options available for a Palladio composite door... Ross offered great advice and recommended the Kildare door in Agate Grey... The Palladio door is absolutely fantastic and the colour looks marvellous... We have even had people walking by and taking photos of our new front door... My wife and myself are extremely please with the new front door unit and can't recommend 5 Star highly enough... 5 Stars' reputation is second to none...

Would highly recommend, windows & porch are fantastic, the fitters were great & very helpful, worked extremely hard, no concerns, will definitely use again 

5 Star came up with the design that we wanted at the price we were happy with.
The delivery team were great and the builders, fitters, electrician etc. were all very friendly and professional.
We had a few complications along the way, but all were resolved and we are really pleased with the finished results.
I would definitely recommend 5 Star if you are looking for a quote for an extension.

Installers were good guys, came back a couple of times to fix minor snags. Good finish on the windows, made a huge difference to our heating bill too.

Very pleased with our new conservatory. The service was very good all the way through from planning, quote to completion. Could always speak to someone if needed. All the craftsmen were very efficient, prompt and friendly.

The work was carried out in the time we were told it would be completed. The fitters were polite and very efficient. There was a very small problem with one of the panels which the fitters told us about which has been replaced by a very pleasant fitter today so in all we are very pleased with 5star and would use them again

Disappointed  that the blinds removed were not replaced

From the first visit by Lyndon I felt I could trust 5 Star to build the orangery that I wanted. There was no hard sell and every detail mattered. I am so pleased with the end result. I was given a schedule of work and work went well apart from a few days delay due to bad weather which, of course, was totally out of anyone's control!  This was fibre glassing on the roof which depended on dry weather. I was given a revised schedule of work. The new orangery matches the existing house so well. The workmen were all polite and friendly and cleared up very well when finished.  The office staff were always on the end of the phone if I had a query. I would certainly recommend 5 Star.

5star did our bifolds, window and roof pimple, they did what they said they would do, fitting was excellent, fitting team 23 worked hard and left no trace that they had been there other than a great set of doors that need only the slightest touch to open them. . All in all a pleasant experience, and delighted with the service and outcome. Rain or shine they look brilliant!

This is the third time using 5 Star.  They are a long established company and do a solid job.   The after care is excellent.   They are a safe pair of hands and did a great job in replacing doors, windows and a large conservatory roof for me.   Very efficient, helpful and trustworthy …. Happy to recommend.
