Our experience with Five Star has always been very acceptable to us. The people we have worked with are always pleasant, committed and resourceful.
We feel the organisation would benefit from improved communications across the team.
All in all we have continued to return for further services as we have made improvements to our home and have been ready to recommend Five Star to others (and receive visits from prospects too)

Fantastic from start to finish, friendly salesman...
Fantastic from start to finish, friendly salesman not pushy in the slightest. Understood what we needed. Visited the showroom to choose the frames, we had excellent service there also, took only 10 days from selecting the windows to installation. Workman on time, very pleasant worked fast and made very little mess.
If only all double glazing companies were this good, the industry would have a much better image.
Well done, you deserve to be called 5 star!!!!!!
