    From the initial contact to the time the workmen left was a joy. The initial consultation was managed professionally with no pressure, just advice. We believed we were getting value for money and were happy to buy. The three workmen were friendly, professional and very approachable willing to answer any questions asked. The windows and doors are quality products and we are delighted with the whole purchase. We would definitely recommend 5 Star Windows and the service delivered.

    An excellent all round experience with these new...

    An excellent all round experience with these new windows. High quality and installed with speed and efficiency. Two leaded windows had incorrect spacing of the lead but these were quickly replaced without question. The staff were very polite and worked tidily and efficiently.

    You need to have a system in place so that if something happens over the weekend to prevent a job start on the Monday then the customer can be told BEFORE Monday morning.
