    We are extremely happy with our garden room, and delighted we chose 5 Star. They have a highly skilled and professional construction team who completed the job very efficiently, on time and with a smile! The finished room, with its tiled roof ,velux windows and 3 sets of triple patio doors is stunning and much admired.

    Unfortunately electrician unreliable and drilled...

    Unfortunately electrician unreliable and drilled hole in wrong place. Still not totally happy with fitting. Told by Alan Manser no contractors used, but everyone appeared to be contractors (although excellent).

    The front door was manufactured with the hinges on...

    The front door was manufactured with the hinges on the wrong side from that required and stated on the contract. There would have been a delay in completion of the installation had the customer not accepted the mistake made by the company. The installation staff where first class and I would recommend their services to anyone if asked. Polite, punctual, friendly, very helpful and flexible in sorting any issue out

    Great product, well fitted, and on time. However, whenever there is a need to phone the 5 star office, we talk to a different person and there does not appear to be any communication between them!
