Replacing our poly-carbonate conservatory roof with glass has transformed the space into something we can use all year round - and we can now hear ourselves think when it is raining! Our new picture window was an excellent choice. The company representatives have always been helpful in advising over making the most appropriate choices. The installers are polite and professional, and have always arrived promptly at the agreed date and timer. The after-sales service is excellent.

We’ve had several UPVC windows fitted, in different properties over the years. None have reached the standard of quality of the product and professionalism of all the people that we came in contact with during and before the installation.

I have been wanting new windows for a few years now but didnt make the leap as I was very apprehensive about the whole process. This was mainly due to feeling uncomfortable with meeting sales people with traditional aggressive double glazing sales techniques. The installation process was seamless and Andy and his team were fabulous- again the experience and workmanship shone through.

We had a glass roof conservatory which we had replaced for a solid roof in the pursuit of a more energy efficient option.
The service was seamless and excellent from day one and we know have a conservatory we now use daily as a cosy living room, with some lovely spotlights on dimmer. We're very pleased and can't recommend 5 Star enough.

'5star Windows have completed two projects at my property, (bespoke aluminium Crittall style French windows and a large aluminium gable fronted extension). There were issues along the way and so completion took longer than anticipated but the outcome was well worth the wait. The 5star staff assigned to my projects were amazing (special thanks to Chris Hatton) When snagging issues occurred they persevered until they were sure I was 100% happy. This company still feels like a family run independent where the customer truly matters, The biggest recommendation I can give is to say that I hope to have more windows from them this year'

The trades differed but were all first-class and regular inspections ensured the promised product was 5 star.
