    Unfortunately electrician unreliable and drilled hole in wrong place. Still not totally happy with fitting. Told by Alan Manser no contractors used, but everyone appeared to be contractors (although excellent).

    The front door was manufactured with the hinges on...

    The front door was manufactured with the hinges on the wrong side from that required and stated on the contract. There would have been a delay in completion of the installation had the customer not accepted the mistake made by the company. The installation staff where first class and I would recommend their services to anyone if asked. Polite, punctual, friendly, very helpful and flexible in sorting any issue out

    Great product, well fitted, and on time. However, whenever there is a need to phone the 5 star office, we talk to a different person and there does not appear to be any communication between them!

    Having arranged a visit to obtain a quote, the complete process provided was excellent. Staff are courteous, not pushy and only discuss your needs as requested. Access to local office and people is good. Pricing was fair and window quality sound. The installation was successful and any on-site issues resolved smoothly and without fuss. Overall, a first class local supplier.
