Apart from being told by the office that they would be here at 9am and them not coming until lunch time ( I actually rang up to find out where they were to be told someone should have rung me to tell me of the delay but didn't get that phone call) the rest of the service was very good and the workmen were 1st class

A completely painless experience! Everyone has been very helpful. I am also very happy that 5 Star have agreed to change one pane of frosted glass which was not quite what I wanted when installed. I would definitely recommend 5 Star. I also like that they are not far away if I need any more help, etc.

We have used 5* for windows and a conservatory. EVERYONE we have had contact with have been nothing but excellent, polite, charming, always on time and have left our home clean and tidy. We have already recommended friends call them for a quote, and we shall continue to use them. After sales and installation has also been excellent. No problems at all.

We were replacing front doors and windows. We made initial contact through recommendation. Staff in the showroom were very helpful and an appointment was quickly made. The salesman who came was helpful but not pushy and explained our options on the various types of fittings and windows clearly. The fitting went smoothly and the finish was excellent. The fitter was friendly and worked very hard. You will notice that I have put 4 or 5 stars throughout. There is no implied criticism in any of that. It would just be silly to give absolute perfection to any survey. The 4 stars for the tidiness of the fitter was purely down to the fact that it rained the whole time and it was difficult to keep my drive clean. This was not his fault and will right itself with time. Everything within the house was kept spotless. He used dust-sheets throughout and cleaned all of the windows thoroughly after fitting. Overall I am very happy about how smoothly the whole process went. As I advance in years I find that I dislike having any work done on my house more and more. 5 Star made the process as stress free as it can possibly be.
