    Very pleased with my new windows. They look lovely. I've already had several comments about how nice they look. Your workmen were very punctual and polite. Had a slight hiccup as I did ask for child restrictors to be fitted and weren't on the windows. The workmen just rang up about it for me and everything was sorted. They sent someone out to me really quickly to be fitted. Everything is just how I wanted it.

    Small breakdown of communication in the office...

    Small breakdown of communication in the office meant that final finishing has been delayed but 5 star have been very good at communication with us. Excellent job and great doors.

    Apart from being told by the office that they...

    Apart from being told by the office that they would be here at 9am and them not coming until lunch time ( I actually rang up to find out where they were to be told someone should have rung me to tell me of the delay but didn't get that phone call) the rest of the service was very good and the workmen were 1st class

    A completely painless experience! Everyone has been very helpful. I am also very happy that 5 Star have agreed to change one pane of frosted glass which was not quite what I wanted when installed. I would definitely recommend 5 Star. I also like that they are not far away if I need any more help, etc.
