    When we visited the showroom we had a most helpful...

    When we visited the showroom we had a most helpful conversation about what we wanted. Subsequent visits to our house were very helpful. The information we were given was clear. The craftsmen who came to fit the doors and windows for us were punctual and worked hard for most of a day. They were consistently polite and pleasant. All in all, a very good service delivered by courteous and helpful people.

    Everyone we communicated with at 5* windows and...

    Everyone we communicated with at 5* windows and conservatories were very helpful, attended to our requests and provided a good service. There was no hard sell and things moved at the pace we wanted. Once our decision was made, they swiftly set a dater then, at our convenience, fitted our doors. We would not hesitate to use this company again and have recommended 5* to our friends.

    We are very pleased with the overall product from 5 Star.This is the second order fulfilled by 5 Star & once again they were excellent.The fitters are polite,friendly & hard working.Highly recommended by my wife & I.Thanks again to all staff at 5 Star.

    We required an emergency replacement of a window...

    We required an emergency replacement of a window that was on the verge of falling out. We had a same day visit from an advisor, and we placed the order the same day. we were contacted quickly for an engineers visit and the fitting followed very quickly too. The fitting went by uneventfully we were extremely pleased with the quality of finish, of the windows and the tidiness the room was left in, other than the new window there were no signs that any work had been undertaken. We were so pleased with the work and the standard of service that we had no worries in arranging further window replacements immediately.
