Very pleased with both door and installation.

13 windows replaced and front of house lower section Facia / guttering etc. Whole process went well from start to finish. The only unfortunate incident was slight damage to a Bureau located well away from the windows. Must have been damaged by carrying in or out of the room the window frame. (Majority of the work was done from inside). We did report this to Damian at 5 Star Kidderminster who offered us a token £50 recompense, which we have not claimed yet. All staff were friendly and approachable. Fitters were on time and efficient.

We were extremely impressed with 5 star windows - so much so that we came back a second time to have further windows fitted. The gentleman that initially came to gather all the information came on the day that 5 star windows were contacted - he was extremely pleasant and professional - put us at ease immediately. The men that came to fit the windows, on the time and date that were specified, arrived punctually, did and excellent job, cleared up all their mess and again were very pleasant and professional in their demeanour. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend the company, its products and employees to friends and family.

Would have preferred to have been kept better informed about tradesmen's availability when delays occurred.
