A very good service from start to finish. We had a new door and 2 windows. Very happy with the product and the competitive price. Good to support a local company.

Upon arriving at the showroom we were welcomed by Paul Freeman who immediately offered us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. Paul then showed us around the showroom giving us the opportunity to try all the door and window fastening, opening and closing etc. They were very accommodating with the fitting date. They worked around us. The fitters were very friendly and tidy, all of the work was completed in one day. We had a couple of discrepancies which were immediately rectified. We can highly recommend 5 Star Windows and Conservatories

Very pleased with both door and installation.

13 windows replaced and front of house lower section Facia / guttering etc. Whole process went well from start to finish. The only unfortunate incident was slight damage to a Bureau located well away from the windows. Must have been damaged by carrying in or out of the room the window frame. (Majority of the work was done from inside). We did report this to Damian at 5 Star Kidderminster who offered us a token £50 recompense, which we have not claimed yet. All staff were friendly and approachable. Fitters were on time and efficient.
