Quite simply a very neat and tidy job with high quality windows

I would just like to say a big thank you to West Yorkshire windows for their excellent service in repairing our leaking conservatory roof.
It was fitted by another company who have ceased trading but West Yorkshire windows maintenance men came well out of their area and deal with the leak in a professional and friendly manner.

In recent days Orion staff have been to replace a blown panel in a glass door, realign a door that had moved and replace a front door.
The office staff were helpful and it was easy to make appointments which were at our convenience. The men who came to the house were efficient, quick, considerate and tidied up after themselves.

Seen Lakeland Verandahs advertised on the Internet and pleased to find out they have an agent/installer here in Northern Ireland. Spoilt for choice with the colours available, took me a while to decide but once I decided it was only a matter of weeks from ordering the decking, posts etc to the fitting. The fitting was carried out in one day and the fitters were courteous, helpful and nothing was too much bother. Can thoroughly recommend the product and the fitting

Really good service. Pleased so far. Only one man came to do job. Very windy day, heavy doors. Would have expected 2 men. Bit worried that worker and / or doors would get damaged.

New double glazed window fitted in our kitchen, the man that came to provide the quote and measure up was so polite and knowledgable. He gave us the best options for our budget and gave us an honest description of the timeline. Instillation was hassle free and very pleased with the end results.

Absolutely delighted with our new conservatory. It was delivered on time and looks amazing. The project management team were excellent and all work was completed within the timescales advised. The best thing about it is that we now have a fantastic new living space. Brilliant - I'm so pleased...!

Men turned up on time, friendly & work was of a hight standard. Very pleased with the decking, we are looking forward to using it.

Mr S Johnson. The Quality of the workmanship seems to be very good and the workmen were very quiet and respectful . However , we did have on two occasions people not turning up on the days they were supposed to and twice they only stayed for half a day . Their advert shows work vans with their Logo on them and men in overalls with Logos . But the people working on our job arrived in their own vans and clothing , so we wondered if this was something to do with the unreliable attendance being subcontractors . We also found that if the office knew about the people not coming they didn't seem to think they needed to contact you and often seem a bit off hand when you phoned or emailed to find out what was happening . On the whole I would recommend them for their workmanship but let people know about the issues of not turning up etc.
