Start to finish brilliant service, planning sorted, architect efficient, workmen friendly, tidy, always on time. Windows are lovely, my house is a listed building with lots of inside wood finishes all completed beautifully. Great workmanship, competitive price. Definitely use again next year for other work.

Quick installation of 5 windows and a door, very friendly team. A couple of minor issues to be resolved but was great as they didn’t ask for full payment until it was sorted. Guys who came to resolve the issues were brilliant, customer service received from all fitters was excellent even though they had to return 3 times fully explained the situation and got on the phone to rectify whilst at the property.

From the initial visit of the member of the sales team right through to the installer leaving us with a new front door, our installation was dealt with efficiently, expertly and with no fuss at all. 5 Star may not be the cheapest firm out there fitting doors, but the materials they use are top-notch and the workmanship and attention to detail in our installation was impeccable.
