My original installation got delayed a day before the scheduled installation via text. Weeks later when my doors and windows were finally installed components were damaged.
Despite the installer telling me I'd be contacted about replacement, I heard absolutely nothing from the company for 5 months.



Inquiring about the 5 month silence I was told contracts had no legal deadline, and apparently messages had been left for me over this period (they had not). I tried to make a complaint, but the company clearly aren't interested in customer service and have mostly just ignored and ridiculed my grievances.

The salesman gave us lots of information with respect to the quality of the windows, he ensured that we had his contact details and was available to answer any questions we had. His service ensured your company got the order. 
The surveyor made sure we were happy with the type of windows we had ordered. 
The fitters were very clean and tidy and did an excellent job. 

We are completely satisfied with the way the work progressed from start to finish. All staff have been professional and during the work the men have cleared up after themselves.

My full windows and doors project was completed in two days by a professional friendly installation team. The end product gave me excellent quiet, warmth and economy. Start to finish brilliant service, planning sorted, architect efficient, workmen friendly, tidy, always on time. Windows are lovely, my house is a listed building with lots of inside wood finishes all completed beautifully. Great workmanship, competitive price. Definitely use again next year for other work.

Quick installation of 5 windows and a door, very friendly team. A couple of minor issues to be resolved but was great as they didn’t ask for full payment until it was sorted. Guys who came to resolve the issues were brilliant, customer service received from all fitters was excellent even though they had to return 3 times fully explained the situation and got on the phone to rectify whilst at the property.

From the initial visit of the member of the sales team right through to the installer leaving us with a new front door, our installation was dealt with efficiently, expertly and with no fuss at all. 5 Star may not be the cheapest firm out there fitting doors, but the materials they use are top-notch and the workmanship and attention to detail in our installation was impeccable.

5 Star had been recommended to us by a family member, and, based on that recommendation, we contracted them to build a conservatory on our house, which was completed last year. That, too, was an excellent job. We knew what to expect of 5 Star, and they certainly met our expectations.
