Two windows installed, one half way over a lean-to greenhouse. A problem to which the installation team applied a lot of thought and a complete success. Team were thorough and left the site probably cleaner than when they arrived.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tim, the sales consultant was knowledgeable and helpful with no hard sell. Tony the surveyor was thorough and helpful. Admin staff were on the ball and honest when they had to reschedule the fitting date. Steve and Adam did the fitting. They arrived on time, had a good plan and kept us informed. Their work was quick but professional and extremely well done. They kept the work areas clean and tidy, and cleared away at the end of the day. They even refitted the pillars around the front door which we had taken off to paint as they wanted to ensure that they achieved the best finish. They also went back to their yard to get some bricks to correct some issues from either the fitting of the old doors or from the original construction. Fantastic service and quality all round.

We ordered some windows for our house and was told would be about eight weeks for delivery. I was contacted well before that to say the windows were in and arrange a convenient date, to us. Fitters were excellent and did a fantastic job of clearing up. Unfortunately I discovered there was a scratch on one of the panes of glass. The fitters assured me they would be replacing it and had taken photographs and would write in their report when they get back to the office. This was confirmed so we paid in full. the pane of glass has arrived within a fortnight and was installed by Premier Windows to swap over. If you have a problem you need to know a company will deal with it efficiently and they did!

We needed to replace our old conservatory and originally I wanted a new one with a solid roof. Unfortunately because of the building regulations this wasn't possible. However I am really pleased with the glass roof we now have. The work was all carried out professionally and time was taken to explain everything to us about what was and wasn't possible. We were kept informed about what was going to happen and when. And they kept to the agreed timetable. The new conservatory makes the back of the house look much better.

Needed to have a door replaced with some urgency for my mother who is almost 90. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and those who have visited her home at all stages in the process have, without exception, been patient, helpful, courteous and cheerful. The door was fitted today by Andy and Paul - they were very friendly and each took time to explain what they were doing and to make sure my mother who has very poor eyesight, was able to manage the lock etc. They made a great job of cleaning up afterwards too. We made the right choice in choosing Pennine!
