Great service, professional in every way. Had a new “self-clean” roof fitted to the existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally. The only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!! The conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

The windows and doors provided by 5 star definitely exceeded my expectations. Especially the patio window which has transformed the lounge. All through the process the team were polite and efficient and the fitters did a fast and clean job on what was a very wet day Particularly impressed by the after call from a member of the management team. Friendly & efficient fitters. Coped with a bay window replacement, overcoming an unexpected problem with the lead capping from the previous installation. Took away old fitments & left the site clean.

We made some initial enquiries about changing our conservatory for an orangery and were given time to really consider what we wanted without being pestered.Once we had decided every step of the process was explained to us. Everyone involved both in the showroom and the people who came to our home to do the work were highly skilled, friendly and polite. Despite minor problems caused by the pandemic the process ran smoothly. Issues discovered as the building progressed were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We love our new orangery and recommend Clearview.

My new front door from TradeMark has transformed my house! My old door was wooden and became swollen when it rained, making it very hard to open and close. My new composite door opens and closes like a dream and feels incredibly secure. The service from TradeMark was exceptional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them both for their product range and for the service they provide. I can't wait to be in a position to buy a new back door from them!

I had upstairs windows at the rear of the house replaced due to the original brown UPVC windows fitted in 1994 had been destroyed by the sun as the back of the house faces south. The windows had been fitted by Staybright who no longer exist, I am hoping the new windows are better quality UPVC, they have a bigger air gap so should have better thermal insulation and the frames are sturdier. The fitters did a good job with no mess and I did not need to do any decorative repairs. The whole process went to the timescales given and communication from 5 STAR was good.

Had a conservatory recently built by this company. Absolutely brilliant in all respects. I could not recommend them more highly.

We contacted TWC about installing a french door having been let down by another company and they sent someone out the same day. After agreeing the details, he arranged for a surveyor to visit the next day and within a month, we've had our doors fitted by the amazing Jostin. Have to say that the whole process has been easy and that the work done by Jostin was second to none. He had to cut out the opening in the brick work and block work, install lintels and then insert the french doors and make good, plaster, install a threshold and fix skirting. He's the person to have doing your job if you get him, he's an outstanding tradesman, nothing was too much trouble. It's great having one person who can do all of the work without having to get separate tradesmen. It took only three days to complete all of the work. Just bear in mind, we were waiting on the previous company more than 6 months who kept putting us off. TWC are an excellent company to deal with in our opinion.

Bon Accord Glass fitted back door for us and as always the fitters worked efficiently and tidied up afterwards. We would recommend them to anyone.

Another excellent installation from Eden windows. Our installers Steve and Adam did a fantastic job with our new bifold doors, they look superb, let in so much more light and are super easy to operate. Very good quality doors too. The guys were very efficient, friendly and polite and gave a good, informative  demonstration of how to use the doors. They left everywhere clean and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Thank you,both, for a brilliant job. Very happy customers.
