I was very impressed by the quality of the products as well as the professional installation for our windows and doors. The service was great with the installers making sure everything was just right. We had our sash windows replaced with wooden double glazed sash, which are stunning, and are a perfect match for our granite property.

We found Visual through an internet search. We visited them and spoke to them through their director Steve cooper, and we’re impressed by their simple uncomplicated process of talking us through the process of how it works and the time lives for commissioning a conservatory. We had a particular design in mind, and the visuals were responsive and delivered exactly what we were planning. The end product is excellent. We are so pleased. The work was completed well in time. Excellent service right from the initial visit to discuss our requirements, the design process, groundwork, the actual build and installation and completion. While, All aspects were well organised, from ordering the skip, materials, and building regulations took place as promised. The payment schedule was clear, although I was not impressed by unnecessary being chased for payments, as we paid exactly within a day of the requested schedule. Nothing too much to put us off. We can speak highly of Gary and Dominic who fitted the special roof and we’re so friendly and polite. All trades man from plumbing to electrician and plaster guys did a great job. Can think of any glitches at all, we have already recommended visuals to several friends and new neighbours who are considering a conservatory. Following a stone flying up from the lawn during mowing and shattering a Clearview bifold glass panel in our Orangery, Clearview had a replacement made, delivered and fitted within 12 days! Amazing and big thanks to Barry and his team!

Having used Amber windows for many years, we always go back to a tried and tested company.  A good all round sales team starting at the top, all the way down to the office staff. Very friendly all round service, quality of windows is excellent, the fitters do a very good job making sure to protect your household items, leave your house in the way they found it, clearing up and even cleaning the windows. Can’t speak highly enough for the great service.

I've recently had all my windows and a door replaced by Permaframe. Steve and Troy were lovely, helpful and I felt comfortable with them being in my home when I wasn't there. Whilst the time from booking to installation took slightly longer than first anticipated, this was communicated to me efficiently, and it was easy to get in touch with someone if needed, responses were always prompt. Super happy customer with the fanciest windows on the street. Thanks!

Orion fitted the windows well. The fitters were considerate & well mannered. Two of glass panels need to be replaced as they have marks on them but Orion agreed to replace them without any hassle. As a general point, the fitters need to be more careful as to where they allow silicon to go as it can make the subsequent tidying up more difficult - it was on one of the walls several inches away from the frame.

Great service and hard working, helpful team. Left the house clean and tidy. Feel very confident if any problems in the future they will resolve quickly and with no fuss.

Fitters were friendly and efficient replacing a large bay window and front door, a small wall was also removed from our front porch to accommodate a larger window all with no fuss, the site was left clean and tidy, a great job done
