Found the company from a recommendation which didn’t disappoint. Quick to respond to enquiry and give a valuation. Realistic on the time frame for ordering and good responses to communication. 

Fitters were excellent. Quick and tidy and gave easy to understand answers to my questions. We were able to plan the fitting around meetings so I could carry on with my work. 

Responded to my initial enquiry in a timely and friendly manner, initial visit was informative rather than pushy, we knew what we wanted/needed and the sales representative was able to present some options and listened to what we wanted and provided a matching quote within 24 hours. Price was in more or less in line with 2 other quotes we had and whilst not the cheapest or the shortest lead-time, they were the least pushy and most honest. Follow up survey was conducted swiflty to allow production to begin and windows arrived at the start of the week that we were advised when placing our order. Fitting was arranged and completed with relative ease. The only issue we had was a small scratch on one of the glass panels that we noticed after install was completed but called the office to make them aware, shared a photo and was advised they would order the new glazing and be back to fit it as soon as it arrived - all replaced easily within 2 weeks. Very happy with the windows and the service. Would recommend.

Excellent service from start to completion. Delighted with the quality of our windows, front and back door and French patio doors. The sales support was first class which allowed us to stick within our budget but still getting the design we wanted. Very friendly and trustworthy salesman. The installation team were extremely professional and skilled. Very fast and cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't even notice they were there even during the installation. They were good at keeping us updated with timeliness- great assets to Bonacord.

Very quick and efficient service. Fuss-free, no messing about on pricing. I had two very large windows replaced which they did in a morning. The installers left my house very clean and did an excellent job.

From the outset, the service we received has been courteous and efficient. The fitter was excellent, even though he had had a very long journey to reach us; he was polite and worked very hard, all on his own, because his workmate was too unwell to attend. We are delighted with our new door and window which look very well made and stylish. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

Have used BonAccord inthe past for windows,doors and internal glazing so expected a high standard of work. Was not disappointed. Excellent work carried out by the fitting team. Turned up on the agreed date and worked hard to get the job finished on time. Very pleased with the finished product. Great improvement to the outside of the house. Would certainly recommend Bon Accord Glass and use again.

I found the selling experience very easy, no hint of ‘deals’ just helpful advice and a very useful catalogue. Valued not having to pay a deposit, a plus. Very accommodating regarding the organization of the Installation. Unfortunately the fitters were late, did not arrive until 10.15, which was an issue as I had a medical appointment for the afternoon. The fitters did tidy up and made sure I knew how the lock worked.
Overall I would be happy to recommend Orion windows.

Shame, shame, terrible, stay away from them!!!
We are glad we didn't get to the point of installing windows with them as they tricked us into paying a deposit in March 2022 before signing or seeing a contract, after they agreeing with us on a specific date. The survey came to our house, spent about one hour and left promising that we will get the outcome of his survey the next day or the latest at the beginning of the week after. For weeks we didn't hear from them therefore we started enquiring, to find out about the progress of our project, only to be told that the surveyor 'forgot' the survey on his desk for over two weeks without sending it forward. We took annual leave for the agreed dates, which we have lost now as we were faced with the fact that they will not deliver the project as agreed. After many phone calls and broken promises, we requested our deposit in full unless they deliver the project as agreed, but they charged us almost £600 pounds for a survey that was dealt inappropriately. They were extremely rude and refused to talk to my partner as they made the contract on my name despite we specifically requested previously a number of times for the contract to be on my partners name. Tellingly, they have a deviously worded clause in their T&Cs which means that even if they don’t stick to their own timescales and leave you hanging, there’s nothing you can do:

“We shall not be liable for any delay or loss or damage due to our failure to perform the Services promptly, or at all, where such failure is due exclusively to matters beyond our control. Time for performance shall not be of the essence of the Contract under any circumstances.”
However in our case it was in their control, but they refused to take the responsibility withholding without our approval a massive lump of money from our deposit.
We have been in contact with citizen advisor and my bank to recover my money. It's a lot of money they withhold without our approval for an hour job which was carried out the way it was. I am happy to share my correspondence for everyone to see what these individuals have done. Be aware that these "cowboys" do not appear to be certified by FENSA.
After providing us with an offer and we paid 25% deposit of almost £5000 they wanted to charges us extra money for scaffolding.

Very pleased with the quality and service provided by Orion Windows.   Our bifold doors were fitted on schedule in accordance with timeline provided.  Staff were always available to answer questions and we felt confident dealing with this company. 

We had 2 large french doors and sliding doors fitted to 2 homes and both we fitted on time, with quality products fitted by excellent fitters and service throughout was first class and prices very competitive to boot!
