We were impressed with the Worcester showroom and the products on view so with a 20 year guarantee on offer we signed up and paid deposit. Delivery was quicker than quoted and installation promptly carried out. All looking good. It then took over three weeks before any paperwork including the 20 year guarantee was sent out. To our dismay this does not simply apply to the product but to qualify the original property owner must remain in residence for twenty years. We were informed that "it is non-transferrable as the conduct of the new owner could not be accounted for". Despite a clause stating that "in the event of abuse, misuse, neglect etc., the guarantee would be void". We have been offered "a one-time concession" but remain disappointed feeling compromised.

The process was completely stress free and well managed. From start to finish all steps were handled competently. The fitters, Sean and Dean were particularly pleasant throughout the instillation. They made my children feel super special with their kindness! Well done, Eden Windows.

From meeting the designer, who really seemed to understand what I wanted despite my terrible descriptions, all the way through to the build and all the workmen it was very slick and stress free. Once the build began it was much faster than we expected. Took about a month and a half. They kept us up-to-date the whole way. All the workmen were very tidy and extremely polite. Also sent a cleaning team at the end which was unexpected but very welcome! Would definitely recommend them.

We wish to thank all at Mitchells Glass for the installation of our Superior French Doors and Ramp especially Jamie for his professional advice and help with these important projects and Steve for his comprehensive design of the Ramp.The 2 fitters who worked on our French Doors who worked well and efficient as a team and also the Builder Bryce for his very efficient work on the ramp which has been well complimented by family and friends and has made life so much easier and independent for myself having to use a wheelchair at all times we feel we have turned a corner in life after a life-changing year…. We had a door previously supplied by 5star and we wanted to replace another doors situated nearby and to match the existing door.  5star took every care to match it.  They arrived on time, installed the door and cleared up everything and took the old door away.  Excellent service.  Would only use 5star now.

Gable end glazing, 2 windows and french door. Friendly and supportive staff members who have gone out of their way to support our timescales for our windows and doors for our extention. A very personal service. Excellent quality and great and efficient fitting service.

From the beginning of the process communication was relatively poor, but once fitting eventually began we were quite happy. For the first day that is. During the second day of fitting there was an issue with the front door, which we were sold as one of the best on the market and at a cost of over £4000. This then put a delay on our bay window being finished too and all of the interior work to put right plaster that had been damaged etc. No problem said the fitters,  we’ll be back tomorrow. The next morning arrived and one fitter arrived to collect his ladder and to tell us that they wouldn’t be completing the work and that they were now both on holiday that week. I then contacted 5 star windows and spoke to Andrew who assured me that someone would be round on the Monday to rectify these issues. From that date, it took approximately one month for the work to be completed and many different people from 5 star attending our property. Prior to the windows being completed, we were offered several amounts in compensation, ranging from £371-£1000 if we signed to say the job was completed. We rejected this offer. Eventually we were told that there was nothing more that could be done to make our bay window look better, so we admitted defeat and signed anyway. We were again told that we were entitled to compensation and were told someone would be in touch. A week later, we had heard nothing, so I made contact and was told they weren’t aware of this promise. We were eventually offered £250 by way of compensation, but told that we could not leave negative reviews if we accepted this. We have chosen not to accept the amount and to ensure that others are aware of the questionable service received from this company.

Had Five new windows, "Rockdoor" composite door and side panels fitted. Great experience from first visiting the showroom to fitting. Great team, very friendly and professional will not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant job by Lee and Ryan and good quality windows . I would recommend Eden Windows. Lee and Ryan were very helpful and friendly I would recommend these Eden Windows fitters. When they found that one of the window locks was faulty they made sure it would lock then replaced it the next day. Clean and tidy arrived on time each day, informed each day of their work plan. Both worked through the recent heat wave that hits us in July 2022 would not stop only for the ice lollies we provided for them. Wonderful service from 1st contact to finish.
