We needed a new back door as our sliding doors broke. Having used Bon Accord Glass before they were the first choice for us. Due to our security issues they got us slotted in for a couple of days after the door arrived with them. The workmanship, and the tidiness of the work for the duration of the installation was second to none. Our new back door and side panel look great and we're delighted. It also meant we could go on holiday with peace of mind that our home was secure. Definitely recommend Bon Accord Glass and will use them again in the future.

I am delighted with the final product, and the fitters (Lee and Ryan) were excellent. I may use the company again for further windows, but only if Lee and Ryan could install. My overall experience however has been poor. 14 months from order to installation - delays initially with COVID and importation issues. Communication has been poor (frequent complaint from looking through reviews). Ordered May 2021. A number of delays to first installation. 1st installation Nov 2021 - terrible. Poor and incomplete installation, broken frames and glass. Incorrectly fitted and poor repairs to render. Not even straight. Job was left incomplete with no handles to open windows, and day light visible at top of windows. Complaint to Eden Windows resulted in site visit, and plan to remedy - plan to replace damaged parts, but keep and repair scratched frames (scratched during installation). Again communication was poor. There were delays in obtaining the required parts. I was then told that the supplier had gone bust, and they were having to re-source the windows entirely, and I would need to have the entire windows replaced. This has finally taken place, and completely different experience with excellent fitters. But it has taken 14 months. I still have not had a written apology for the first installation (apologies for the delays) and despite a verbal acceptance that the first installation was appalling, this has not been provided in writing. Conclusion - good product, and well installed this time, but it has taken 14 months and communication has been poor throughout. I would only use again if I am unable to source the same windows from another company for the rest of my property.

This is the 4th time we have used Clearview, and their service and quality of workmanship just keeps getting better. The designated fitter, for our last job, was ill, so within the hour they persuaded another fitter and his mate to come in on their day off and fit our new door An excellent job. Just wish I could put a picture on here to show how good it looks

Cannot say how pleased we are with the recent work carried out by Visual. They built an Orangery for us a while back and we were very pleased with how that went so it was logical for us to ask them to quote for new windows and replace the front porch. I had an idea in my head of how it would look but with the help of Steven Brewer from their sales team, they managed to supply us with a very beautiful front porch with the wow factor. From Sales through to all the trades we were happy with the quality, organization, and friendliness of the various teams. They would be my first go-to on any ongoing projects and the best bit was they were way cheaper than Safestyle and Coral windows. Safestyle fitted our last windows which never really fitted properly this time Visual have delivered a high-quality product and I,m delighted. Not sure where the negative comments have come from but it's not the company I recognize or experienced and I,m pretty picky with work done. I have no problem with recommending them.

We have had our old conservatory transformed into a modern Orangery and are thrilled with the end result. The initial design was by Darren, followed by professional tradesmen all managed by Steve. We would recommend Clearview to our friends and family and definitely would use them again.

Started off Feb 21 with the initial enquiry, senior designer Mark Duggan , designed our Orangery , great advice / design , knocked back by planning. Re-designed by Mark , completely knocking through the end of the house so kitchen / dinner / Orangery - lounge with bifolds and a knock-through on the side with French doors for driveway access, price agreed planning submitted - passed !! April 2022, contacted by Martin Rothwell with start date and list off the subcontractors contact details. Everything was handled completely by Martin , issues resolved quickly and without drama. All the contractors were fantastic , contacted me prior , turned up when they said , any delays / issues easily resolved by Martin and the contractors without fuss. Thumbs up to Andy Clarke and his boys for the main build , worked like trojans. This build as transformed our home and would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the clearview team I came into contact with.

Premier windows provided an excellent service from start to finish, from the advice they gave from day one, the timekeeping,  and the professionalism from the fitters really was second to none.
I feel confident that if we have any issues with the windows/doors that they would be resolved in no time.

ERG fitted new french doors, a new back door and garage window at my property and I couldn't be happier with the first class job they made. Both the doors and the window were constructed to an extremely high standard and are very robust. Communication with ERG pre-sales was good and I was given a wide choice of options for the replacement items. The fitter (Neil) made it a very tidy installation and also provided a very friendly and efficient service. The installation was prompt when the items were ready to install, the communication from ERG was great throughout and the price for the new items inclusive of installation was more than reasonable - very happy customer. Delighted.
