Staff were helpful and friendly, from sales team to fitters. Gordy came and fitted our back door and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them for their work and customer service. Very happy!

What an Amazing Installation
What an amazing installation! We’re so pleased with our new Conservatory. Particular praise to Jamie the fitter, and Paul Ogden for co-ordinating the whole process. With the addition of the log burner, it has become our dream space in winter and summer, particularly with the special glass.. Thank you Clearview!

Exceptional Quality installation
We cannot fault the installation of the windows and doors. All the employees involved with our purchase were courteous, and made us feel part of the 5-Star family. Our house is very old, and that does bring difficulties for anyone working on it. This caused no concern for the installation team, who were very experienced on all types of property. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend 5-Star to family and friends.

Fantastic
5 Star were recommended to us and we are extremely pleased with the result.
We had a new back door and 2 windows upstairs. They were fast and efficient and extremely professional and the workmanship is of a high standard. We were kept informed throughout the entire process.

We had a new Utraroof installed on our conservatory along with new windows and doors and one side of the conservatory bricking up. Clearview came recommended to us and I can see why - from start to finish, the work was expertly project managed by Martin and was completed to a very high standard. We had builders, plasterers, electricians, bricklayers, joiners, all experts in their fields and they each did a great job. Any slight snag was addressed quickly and the job not signed off until we were completely happy. Overall, I'd recommend Clearview - you may pay more than other firms but you get total peace of mind and you know you're getting a good job done.

Beautiful front door
Very pleased with our new front door from BAG. The fitters, David and Jim did a first class job(as always), knowing how particular these guys are, having had them install, windows/ door
at previous house. Salesman and surveyor also first class and explained what was needed.

Window and door were fitted a month ago ,had a slight problem with door and was responded to the next day with a promise of rectification after the Christmas period was over.The product was of a good specification and the fitting team were polite, friendly and asked my opinion at regular intervals. Overall the company was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows and doors. I will be placing another order in the new year for further work on my property.

Hassle free window replacement, happy customer
Trademark replaced all our windows a couple of months ago. The whole process was hassle free and simple. They quoted sensibly (without fake offers/pressure selling) and turned up when they said they would. We chose them over a competitor as the energy efficiency of their windows was higher. The work was tidy - we haven't had to redecorate or tidy up in any room. The windows all seem to be good quality. We would recommend TradeMark :)

New windows
On the whole a positive experience with the booking to fitting being completed in reasonable time. Some frustrations with fitting being delayed twice before finally going ahead. The window installation team were good and worked hard to get the job done in a day. A follow up snagging issue took several attempts to be rectified. Overall though we are pleased with the look and fit of the windows and despite delays, we would use them again
