Instillation of windows and doors .
Jim and Dave the 2. Joiners from Bon Accord Glass were excellent, highly skilled, friendly, reliable and tidy.
They worked hard to complete my windows and doors , and I am very happy with the final result. Mike the builder was also excellent and came to me on Saturday to finish off the job he couldn’t finish on the Friday due to the weather, to a high standard . I am very satisfied with my experience of Bon Accord Glass from the initial salesman who was also a qualified joiner, to the joiners and builders and the administrative staff.
An added bonus that others have commented on, was the extra wide front door that negated the need for a glass panel.

I would highly recommend RMC .
We used RMC to fit new doors and windows but also to swap an existing window into french doors.
From start to finish the experience was very positive.
There were no pushy sales person and RMC provided an Email quote from my measurements.
The lads who fitted the windows were very friendly and were very accommodating to my requests.
Unfortunately there were two broken glass units but these were very quickly replaced with no issues.
I would highly recommend RMC .

new window replacement
I made appointment for a fitter to come, he didn't turn up, when i phoned to see why, was told i hadn't made appointment, if not how did i know name of person who was coming? he came day after, measuring done ordered window, date and time given, had to ring again as no show, another fitter was taken off a job to do it, he had to ring to get help as window too big to do on his own, halfway through job he said he'd have to order another unit as this one was cracked! i noticed after he'd gone that the wall at side of window was also cracked! I went into showroom and paid all but last hundred pounds, said i'd pay when job done, showed photo's of cracked wall.Two weeks later a different fitter came with new glass, it was fitted in twenty minutes, he also filled in cracks in wall which i'd had to mention as he knew nothing about it even though i'd told the office that it needed doing when they told me glass was in. Needless to say i will not be using visual in the future and definately not recommend them.

Clearview is always our first choice
We have used Clearview previously and had no hesitation in calling upon them for our latest requirement. The whole process went very smoothly from our initial enquiry followed by a representative to provide a quote through to a surveyor's visit to take the precise measurements. Throughout we were kept fully informed. The final stage today was of course the delivery and fitting of the unit. Our fitters - Mark and Ethan - were spot on time and took the utmost care with the many protective coverings, an absolute must given the atrocious weather which accompanied them. They carried out the work in the estimated time and were thoroughly professional, friendly and courteous throughout. The quality of the finished job very much lived up to the standards which we have come to expect from Clearview (and the main reason that we chose them for this latest requirement). Finally, we were shown precisely how to use our new feature before a full tidy up by the guys. Thank you again Clearview and all of your staff involved for making the installation run so smoothly and for another great addition to our home.

Very Pleased with the work
We have had our old wooden framed conservatory replaced. Very thorough with the surveys and measurements. Friendly and non-pushy sales reps. Work crews were so friendly and helpful. Work completed to a very high standard. The only negative point was there was a lack of communication between the contract being signed and work starting. We had to chase weekly for updates.

Highly recommended.
Our house looks fantastic after the installation of dark surround bay and dormer windows at the front. Transformed.
We also had two unusual round windows and some patterned bathroom windows replaced. The fitters were quick, tidy and professional. A pane that was damaged during installation was sorted within days. The price was very reasonable for 13 windows. The office staff are friendly and really kept us informed. Highly recommended.

Excellent Job
We are delighted with our new aluminium sliding patio windows. The fitters arrived at around 8.30 am and completed both installations by around 1.30pm.
A very professional job, and once completed left everything clean and tidy.
We would recommend this company.

Once again Bon Accord Glass has provided an excellent service. The two joiners arrived on time and got to work immediately to install two new windows. The weather was wild0
, but the joiners just got on with the job, and the whole installation was completed on the morning. Even though we looked out dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner for the joiners, they provided everything for a perfect tidy-up afterwards.
The guys were friendly and polite, and we are so pleased with the installation results.
