The sales rep was friendly and polite and did not put me under any pressure to make an order. Putting pressure on potential customers to make an order will usually backfire. The surveyor and fitting crew were also very professional and efficient. I feel that I have received a quality product at a reasonable price with the least amount of fuss and disruption.

Excellent team of sales, surveyor, installers, ground workers and brickie also excellent. Electrician slightly less efficient. Overall a good job completed on time.

Dis organised communication with head office, tradesmen and customer. Very disappointing final finish to area of plastering, and unmatched skirting boards, spoils the final product. Photo given to showroom of plastering, no further contact made by company.

When asking around we were recommended Orion windows by all. Excellent service from visiting the showroom home visit surveyor. Superb fitting service excellent guys friendly and everyone took time to explain everything thoroughly. Would recommend Orion windows to all.
