We are very happy indeed with our windows and doors. Right from the initial contact the customer service has been outstanding but it was the installation that sealed the deal for me. Mick and Tom were brilliant, punctual and well mannered, but more than that, fitted in the middle of the school holidays I had all 3 children at home with me, ranging from 8 years to 2 years and Mick and Tom were fantastic with them. They came when they said they would, put 110% effort in and stayed until they got as much done that day as possible. It was a big job for them, but they came through and I have never seen workmen so committed to what they do and getting the job done. The only niggle that would have made everything finished to perfection would have been if the windows had have been cleaned upon completion - but that said, the fitters weren't given enough time really to complete the job and this may have had an impact on this.

The sales rep was friendly and polite and did not put me under any pressure to make an order. Putting pressure on potential customers to make an order will usually backfire. The surveyor and fitting crew were also very professional and efficient. I feel that I have received a quality product at a reasonable price with the least amount of fuss and disruption.

Excellent team of sales, surveyor, installers, ground workers and brickie also excellent. Electrician slightly less efficient. Overall a good job completed on time.

Excellent service, very pleasant workmen. Will use again and recommend.

Dis organised communication with head office, tradesmen and customer. Very disappointing final finish to area of plastering, and unmatched skirting boards, spoils the final product. Photo given to showroom of plastering, no further contact made by company.
