Surveyor Niel came out the second time to remeasure due to us changing the base slightly.
Already have put your windows and conservatory in our other house and would recommend you again.

Started off really good then had problems, poor...
Started off really good then had problems, poor communication, people didnt arrive when promised. I ended up paying someone else to finish the floor.

I am at the begining of the project I have had my guttering renewed etc + one window replaced so far, I am very pleased with quality, workmanship and price and look forward to compleating the project with 5 Star, Everyone on the team were friendly, well mannered and I was treated as a valued customer which is a rarety these days.

At the end of the job I was handed the...
At the end of the job I was handed the questionnaire by the workman and had to fill it out in front of him therefore I felt disinclined to mark the job badly ( not that I needed to) If this wan't bad enough he stood next to me and virtually told me which box to fill in.Surely the questionnaire should be sent by post some time later so it can be filled out at leisure.
