Cannot fault window fitters.
But Orion; unable to respond to unforeseen issues. Due to fitters van being stolen off drive, with 2 units of glass, I had to ring the following afternoon, to find out what was happening.

Previous two jobs (windows & conservatory) were excellent. Last job (Front Door) rated as poor primarily due to inadequate communications with us relating to installation delays. 4 delays, me having to ring up on three of them when no one had turned up as expected. 5th attempt product was wrong. Job finally completed at 6th attempt.
Happy with the product and installation when it eventually happened.
Have previously recommended Orion to others but not sure whether I will in future.

Fantastic piece of kit ( Door & frame ), super...
Fantastic piece of kit ( Door & frame ), super quality and the fitting left nothing to be desired !!
The chap that fitted it was " Fantastic " ( keep him supplied with coffee + 2 sugars ).

My only concerns were that I believe the final...
My only concerns were that I believe the final contract wording is open to mis interpretation. However, verbal contact with the head office satisfactory attended to the problems identified.
