We were surprised that we needed 5 of the double...
We were surprised that we needed 5 of the double galzed units replaced because of imperfections on the inside of the glass -scratches and handprints.
The patio door was 5mm out of true and had to be replaced after fitting.
Contracts manager very professional and readily resolved issues to our satisfaction.

Despite 2 hold ups first planned installation...
Despite 2 hold ups first planned installation cancelled at last minute because glass not arrived and when the fitters came 7 days later one of the panes was too small. Another week later that was fitted and one or two other little problems sorted. Now I am delighted with the windows - just what I wanted - they are beautiful.
