Professional throughout and a great final product
From the moment we stepped into the showroom at Nantwich I knew we would be in safe hands for the build of our orangery. I cannot fault the service from Nick Jones, our salesman, including advice and guidance whenever I asked, and the professionalism of everyone who worked on the build in extremely wet and cold conditions in November and December 2022. Too many to name them all but Josh and Dan, the builders, deserve special mention for working so hard outside in several inches of water with never a complaint and a proactive approach to any small glitches.
Thank you too to everyone else - all of you went the extra mile to make the project a success.
Also, special thanks to Andy who undertook the survey and who obviously has a wealth of experience and a great eye for detail. We chose Clearview, despite providing the highest quote, as they discussed building control, planning regs, EPC etc. and this gave us the confidence that the build would be done correctly.
I felt for a project of this size it was certainly worth getting it right and Clearview had the processes and checks in place to reassure me. Absolutely delighted with the orangery - you would never guess it was an add-on to the property as Clearview made sure the external appearance matched the existing build.

Energy efficient and great service
The salesman, surveyor and fitters were all polite and friendly. The windows were fitted efficiently and look great. The temperature difference in our hall and bathroom now is amazing - so definitely recommend Clearview

Proud New Owners
A row of soldier bricks over the top of our large front room window had dropped due to a lack of a lintel. This concerned us and at the same time we were looking to replace this window and an upstairs window. We made contact with Trademark.
They responded immediately - propped up the brickwork and set in motion an estimate for the work.
The work is now all complete - all done by Trademark's excellent staff.
The first visit saw a highly professional repair to the brickwork and an installation of a lintel. The second visit on the third day resulted in two brand new Chartwell Green windows fitted with a minimum of fuss and mess. We love them and have had many glowing comments from residents in the road.28607
The whole process has gone like clockwork. We have been kept informed at all stages.
We would not hesitate in recommending Trademark Windows.

Great job
The two guys who completed the job were polite through out kept area clean made me aware when they thought work was going to take longer due to an issue removing previous door taking longer than expected to ensure i was happy with this. They also checked through everything with me to make sure i was happy before they left. Very pleased with the job and it looks great and extra reassuring that there is a guarantee of work as well for peace of mind.
Many thanks.

VISUAL CONSERVATORIES GO BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
Visual Effect Conservatories of Mirfield, West Yorkshire has exceeded our expectations.
We needed to replace a 20+ year old wooden conservatory that was in a poor state of repair.
Having seen their tv advert, we invited them to provide a quote and to design a replacement for quite a sizeable conservatory with which we were happy.
They promptly turned up and at the appointed time. This was followed up by a detailed design and a quote that was very competitive.
About a month later, they started on the new conservatory with all work completed within 4 days.
There are so many areas to praise:
First, all the people we met were very friendly and experienced in their jobs. We could list all the names here but we would hate to accidentally leave someone out. The quality of the work is excellent and they took a pride in what they did as if it were their own conservatory. They also took great care of our lawn and property and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. They were very friendly, courteous and highly professional. One of the managers rang us at the end of every day to check on the progress of the work and to check that we were happy and gave us an opportunity for any feedback. This was a nice touch.
In terms of the conservatory itself, we were particularly impressed with the quality of the product. We have a glass roof instead of the previous past its sell by date polycarbonate roof. It has made a significant, pleasant difference. The windows and doors are very well made and utilise all the latest technology you would expect with a modern product. Security is also a strong point from the door hinges to the state of art door locks, giving extra peace of mind. Underpinning their work is a 20 year guarantee on the conservatory and and all the glass from national standards such as Trademark and FENSA which gives us complete peace of mind.
The overall conservatory is impressive. It is beautiful to look at and certainly enhances our property. Everything Visual Effect Conservatories has done for us has been greatly appreciated and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others. One acid test of a recommendation is would you use them again? In a flash the answer is yes. Thank you Visual.

Delighted with our new orangery
Decided to replace an old conservatory with a new Clearview Loggia Orangery. The Leyland showroom had exactly what we wanted on display. A modern orangery which looked like a room on the inside with a beautiful glass Ultraframe roof.
After a survey and a test dig the building work for the base was completed by JCW builders. Very polite tradespeople who were friendly and respectful of our property. Had some concerns re the positioning of the drains which was resolved with a drain survey.
Installation took place on time over two days by Farley and Callum. They started work at 7:30am on both days and were polite, hardworking, respectful and obviously very good at what they did. Thanks to Steve Moulton project manager for promptly dealing with our queries and ensuring we were happy with the finished work. Fitting of skirting boards and snagging was done by John who arrived on time, very polite and skilled at his job. Finishing was done by Kenny and Josh who cleaned all the UPVC, windows, doors and inside the roof panels. Whilst doing this, Kenny noticed a small mark on the inside cavity on one of the double-glazed roof panels. He contacted Steve who ordered a replacement pane which was promptly fitted.
On the “could do better side” Clearview need to improve their customer communication and to be more proactive, especially during the pre-build phase. From paying the initial deposit we had no communication and had to ring the showroom to ask when the survey was being done, what build dates we were working to etc. We always got an immediate response and everyone we dealt with was polite, courteous and friendly. Clearview admits their communication processes need to be improved. Overall we are absolutely delighted with our new room and we would happily recommend Clearview to others.

orangery with roof
My orangery/extension with roof was a complete disaster from start to finish.
The sales man didn't put everything down to match what he was telling me and his measurements were not to what I had asked. The drain surveyor couldn't get the drain lid off and told me I would have to get someone out myself to do it. My friend helped him in the end. He put camera down and found drain next door all ok to proceed. I got told I had to get my radiator removed before the builders could start. Builders wanted to start on a certain date I couldn't get some one to let them in and was told to leave my property open for them. No chance of that as I go to work early. Eventually they agreed to a later time. I had been told to get my own radiator removed and sealed off then got told the builders could get someone. Then when they arrived their person was off ill so I ended up having to get my own. Again having the problem of I couldn't be in as I work full time. Eventually the digging started and wham they hit a drain and broke the pipework. The drain that was supposed to be next door according to the surveyor. This caused me another expense. The base works seemed to be going well apart from the huge mess on my front and back garden, the pavement and also next doors flower bed. There was stuff thrown everywhere. I came home and cried every night. My neighbours started complaining. Panels of my fence were removed and just disguarded when there was nothing wrong with them. I had to fight to get these replaced at the end. They have been replaced but not with concrete posts as were there to begin with. When the walls started going up I noticed they were in the wrong place and not to the edge of my door there was a gap I insisted it was taken down and rebuilt. I was then called to ask if they could come and do the floor I said doesn't the roof need to go on first as it was horrendous rain. They agred and delayed the floor. then after weeks of waiting for the doors I was called to say the floor needs to go down before the roof and doors and I'd said I didn't want it done like that. I replied saying I had asked which goes down first and they had agreed not to do the floor. Nobody seemed to be taking control of the project and I was getting different messages of different people all the time. Floor got done, roof got put on and doors fitted. Door/roofers hadn't got it down to have patio doors taken out bless them they did it for me as I said it had been agreed. On looking at the floor there were gaps everywhere and one hole the size of a brick in one corner. The electrician came his instructions were for three big lights and three down lights by the door.My instructions were one centre light. I had to buy the light yet on my paperwork a light was provided. Wiring complete plasterers arrived again argument about what was to be plastered. They left the plugs open but plastered over the light wires and left no hole. Electrician had to measure and cut hole and then pull wires which had been tucked away by the plasterers. Three times a site inspection person was coming and never arrived. My friend turned up had days off work for this for nothing. An engineer came to clean up the site and fill the floor holes in. He was unable to wash the drive and clean the front as the weather was bad. When I mentioned this to the office I was told a clean up isn't normally included yet it was down on my schedule I hadn't asked for it. As I said nobody knew what anyone was doing. My grass is ruined in the back garden as they put insulation on it and left it through all the rain etc and other rubble and also some of my edging stones were taken out and just left. To be honest I was glad to see the back of the whole lot and signed to say finished. I am very disappointed in the work. When I first went about this build I was expecting a level floor with my existing one, edges of walls finished off and plastering where patio doors were. Nothing to this extent was done. I paid a lot of money for something that I have to spend a lot more on to get it finished. I have a friend who have had the same done but by a different company twice the size of my extension and paid half the price. I deserve some sort of compensation for the mess and stress it has caused me. My project will now have to remain unfinished for a while as I don't have the money to complete it. I will not be recommending 5 star to anybody in the future. And I've probably missed something off my list of complaints as there was so much.
