The wrong obscure glass pattern was supplied, so either the workshop ordered the wrong pattern, or the glass supplier was at fault. No problem in arranging for it to be corrected.
Very impressed with the care taken by the fitters in removing the old fittings. No damage to existing plaster/tiling. Also impressed with the care taken in finishing off the new installation.

I would like to comment on the wonderful conservatory you designed and built for us, the work was carried in a professional and skilful manner by workmen who were polite and pleasant. The quality and guarantee is second to none compared to other quotes we received.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who requires a conservatory from your company.

Only minor details prevented a perfect score. Some aspects of the quote were wrong and had to be corrected by the surveyor. I know that that is the surveyor's job but, perhaps, more training of the sales staff would get the details right first time and reduce the risk of something slipping through. It took 4 weeks to get a replacement made for a window frame that arrived with a scratch on it and one of the door seals still needs fixing 7 weeks after installation.
Overall, however, I am still very happy with the product and with the attitude and work of 5 Star's staff.

Really good service, friendly and professional. However, factory always seem to get the lead design wrong despite detailed info from surveyor.

Over the last six years we have dealt with AHI...
Over the last six years we have dealt with AHI from windows doors plus the conservatory. From the initial contact to discuss what we would like to the fitting
and end product we have always been really happy with the finished article,
even when we have encountered a problem it was dealt with within days.
The staff have always been very punctual clean courteous and professional from beginning to the completion of the any of our projects.
