Our fitter, Paul, was an absolute gentleman who took great pride in his work. He was punctual, tidy, and completed the job within the specified time. There was very little upheaval during the fitting which I was pleasantly surprised by. The windows themselves look great and we are very happy with our dealings with Eden. Highly recommended.

All excellent, delivered by a great team, but the electrician had to be called back to complete a poorly fitted light fitting and he left a messy floor. We also still have a light switch with a screw missing which is not securely fitted. An entirely satisfactory experience up until a dilatory electrician cast a cloud over the job. We would happily recommend West Yorkshire Windows in glowing terms to friends, but would be obliged to mention a poor electrician which may be a deterrent to them.
