Delay in fitting, poor communication from installation service (not guys installing). Poor workmanship originally on front door, this was rectified and the finished product is as I hoped it would be.

5 Star Windows are a professional and competent design and install company and the finished product is excellent, well built and accurately reflects the design. The internal communication between departments can be quite inconsistent and I did have to do a lot of the project management myself in order to keep the project moving. The build team were excellent and the build quality was exceptionally high. The fitting team who constructed the orangery were similarly skilled and very quick. The company is let down a little by the quality of the finishing trades to the extent that I needed to have some of the plastering work redone. However that said, I am very pleased with the finished job and would recommend 5 Star to anyone considering having an orangery built. We use the orangery more than any other part of the house now and it performs exactly as sold in that it is warm and comfortable even if the weather outside is extremely cold.

Tradesmen were excellent with an amazing finish, communication/accounts didnt meet the same standards.

Good sales and product. Could be better linkage between trades and some of the finishing bits could have been better if not rushed (were sorted).

From the initial dropping into the show room to the fitting it all went well. The fitter was lovely, very polite and did a super job.

I cant recommend this company enough, they were first class.
