2 jobs done, COMPOSITE DOOR & FRAMING plus ROOF LINE soffits, facia, gutters. Door fitting was excellent all round, sales, product & fitters were top notch. The finished Roof line work was also very good but the fitters in comparison to the door fitters were a bit scruffy as was their vehicle. First impressions count. COMMENTS:- DOOR - Had to fit some self adhesive cable clips under the door plinth to feed the drooping telephone cables through to make tidy. B&Q sell a 20 bag of clips for £1, should be included in job. ROOF LINE - Initial rear facia fitting had to be redone as the windows hit it when opening. This should have been foreseen in survey. Fitters cut a slice off the old wooden facia board to fix. We are well pleased with the finished work - Mark & Dianne King

I would say that everything was excellent but you were let down on my job by your electrician who caused me some major issues with the light installation when he could have been proactive and answered my questions properly would have me a lot of wasted time. He was also rather untidy compared to the other tradesmen that came in, and he managed to lose a fitting for an external light which I had bought for him to fit! Other than that the whole experience was superb, and I have used you before and will use you again no doubt.

No hard sell from initial visit- which I was grateful for although the visit literally took 5 minutes. We wanted a product (sliding sash windows) that would have to be ordered from another supplier so there were no pictures and only one small sample in the showroom. We had to take a leap of faith and hope that the windows, the finish and the colour matched up to expectations. I was anxious that we didn't really get an idea of what the house would look like. However, I was not disappointed. For the price (far far cheaper than a period window specialist) and equal to the nearest competitor, I was delighted! The fitters were quick, efficient and tidy. The work left significant plaster damage which could not be helped. Free of charge, a contracted plasterer arrived the following week and worked hard to leave a fantastic finish. The windows are everything I dreamed about and have transformed the house. The retro sash style looks like the real thing and the wood grain finish fools everyone; no one can tell if the windows are real wood or upvc. We would definitely recommend the company and are already saving up to have the same company quote us for a rear porch/orangery.
