I had great difficulty getting someone to commit...
I had great difficulty getting someone to commit to a date for fitting everytime I rang the person I needed was out on site and didn't return my call which I thought wasn't very good . On my fourth call the person I spoke to (still not the person I was trying to get hold of) suggested a date in the following week and the work was done on that date. I had waited for two weeks after I had paid £500.00 deposit and I just thought that someone should have come back to me and told me when the job was going to happen. It wasn't good customeer service.

Good job I am a project manager but just a shame I could not be on the job full time. Builders were a nightmare, untidy, destroyed my lawn, started to build it in the wrong place, stone does not match existing.
Pointing several different colours and type.
Floor not suitable for conservatories.
Window fitters excellent.
Electrician did not know I was ?
For an 8 x 6 Orangery it could have been a great example for Conservatory Outlet.
