Our house was broken into, demolishing our 2 new hardwood doors to the interiors, 5 star stated 7 to 10 days to survey & replace with their highest security type of door, as our home was open & very insecure....5 star gave us the urgency we hoped for, & surveyed the same day of our visit, how quick is that?? & 8 to 10 days to make and fit both, even with a bank holiday in between..They arrived spot on time, fitted, trimmed, cleaned and left, leaving us a pair of well fitted, smart & very secure pair of doors, Now we can sleep a little easier at night, thanks to 5 Star's fast reaction to our problem.....Well Done 5 Star, top marks from us .. Now to sort the Burglar Alarm. Yes, 5 Star are a good team,selling quality goods,I DO RECOMMEND them.

The workmen used were all very good and polite....
The workmen used were all very good and polite. The drawings for the conservatory, which I only saw when the workmen arrived, showed the wrong dimensions. I had agreed an internal width of 3m and was provided with a conservatory where the external dimension was 3m.

After one or two initial problems regarding access...
After one or two initial problems regarding access arrangements I was happy with the job and the way it was carried out. It should have been made clear the roofer would follow on.

We had a conservatory from Visual about 9 years...
We had a conservatory from Visual about 9 years ago and have been very pleased with it and the afterservice. So, we chose Visual for our new windows and door - we knew the product would be good quality and we felt that the price was fair.
The fitters arrived on the agreed day and time and they proved to be excellent in the way they went about their work, polite, accommodating, took real pride in the job and made the minimum of mess and disruption.
The overall experience was excellent and we would be very happy to have Visual for any further home improvements. Our only slight criticism would be that there can sometimes be communication issues within the company.

Everything was great, then our gate was damaged...
Everything was great, then our gate was damaged removing the skip. When office informed, he said he couldn't see any damage!
