The final touches to our new conservatory were...
The final touches to our new conservatory were made last week with the hanging of the blinds. We are very pleased with our new room an wanted to let you know that we appreciated the attention you and your colleagues gave our project. We would particularly like to thank Martin, the builder and Gary, the plasterer for their top quality workmanship and willingness to accommodate us. Thank you for a great job.

Took longer than schedule. Paid £300 for building...
Took longer than schedule. Paid £300 for building regs and not received a certificate saying footings were ok. Not informed on 2 occasions someone was coming out to work. Not received confirmation of payment showing final payment and balance nil. Asked for instructions for velux roof windows

5 Star have been really helpful, especially during the period when we were deciding which of two projects we were going to go ahead with.
The company was really patient and didn't keep calling to check on our decision progress - really appreciated!
We finally decided to replace the front and back doors and leave the replacement conservatory roof for another time.
We are really happy with the new design front door and replacement back door and nothing was too much trouble for the fitters who were friendly, polite and tidy.
Lovely job - thank you 5 Star.

THEY WERE OK AT FIRST THEN THEY STARTED SQUEEKING ON OPENING
THEN WHEN THE WIND GOT UP IT STARTED BLOWING THROUGH THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE DOOR (DOORS OPEN OUT) 24/5/2015.
AFTER COMING HOME FROM A SHORT BREAK I NOTICED THE DOOR WAS CATCHING THE OPPOSIT DOOR FRAME WHEN BEING CLOSED (31/5/2015)
ON CLOSER INSPECTION I NOTICED THE MIDDLE HINGE ON ONE DOOR HAD A GRUB SCREW FITTED ,THE OTHER FIVE ARE MISSING.
THERE ARE NON OUTSIDE ON THE BLOCK PAVING.
