Turned up at 11:45 on the first say, but the job was done well products good quality.

We have used West Yorkshire Windows 3 times now. The first time to replace all windows. Then we replaced our front door and inner conservatory door. Our most recent project was to have our existing conservatory taken down to the base and rebuilt with the addition of a solid guardian roof..We were so pleased with the fitters who replaced the windows , we were delighted when we were able to request them again for the door replacment then the conservatory rebuild.. We felt this maintained a continuity and we knew we would receive excellent personal service each time. They were always pleasant and polite and maintained their expertise in their work at all times. All personal I have had contact with , both in person and on the phone. have been polite and eager to please. One thing we were particularly impressed with was how no one was at all ;pushy . We were never forced or talked into anything we did not want. The salesmen were very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. The same surveyor came each time and he was also very knowledgable and advised appropriately. And all have been very respectful of our property at all times. We have found this company to be honest . We were going to have spotlights spaced out in the new roof ceiling, but the day the electrician arrived he informed us that it had just been discovered that such lights were causing a problem in situ so we could no longer have them as we had planned. But we could have them in a line down the middle of the roof. So this is how they were installed. The only thing there has been a delay with is the bespoke stained glass windows for the conservatory. Has been a couple of misunderstandings but we are gradually getting there. We are also waiting for a paving stone to be replaced where a builder made a hole to measure the depth of the existing foundations. But this is not urgent. Overall an excellent company to deal with . I would highly recommend to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you west yorkshire windows !

Third time we have used Hazlemere for our glazing and door needs, great experience each time, will be using again in 2016.
