Perhaps clarity on documentation could be better....
Perhaps clarity on documentation could be better. If I've been sold A rated argon filled windows then at some stage I expect to see that on written paperwork.

Very pleased with my new windows. They look lovely. I've already had several comments about how nice they look. Your workmen were very punctual and polite. Had a slight hiccup as I did ask for child restrictors to be fitted and weren't on the windows. The workmen just rang up about it for me and everything was sorted. They sent someone out to me really quickly to be fitted. Everything is just how I wanted it.

Small breakdown of communication in the office...
Small breakdown of communication in the office meant that final finishing has been delayed but 5 star have been very good at communication with us. Excellent job and great doors.
