Generally a very good job. Let down by lack of communication with customers often resulting in work schedules being changed at the last moment. Received phone call at 8.am. advising that one job had not been finished off and there would be a delay in the start of fitting. One tradesman who should have started work at 8.30 a.m. and didn't turn up until 10.45 a.m! Did not seem to appreciate how this affected their clients arrangements.

When we visited the showroom we had a most helpful...
When we visited the showroom we had a most helpful conversation about what we wanted. Subsequent visits to our house were very helpful. The information we were given was clear.
The craftsmen who came to fit the doors and windows for us were punctual and worked hard for most of a day. They were consistently polite and pleasant.
All in all, a very good service delivered by courteous and helpful people.
