Our overall experience with West Yorkshire Windows...
Our overall experience with West Yorkshire Windows was excellent. Eric the salesman who visited us at home was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the right design of doors and windows for our home. Even though we did not order straight away and it did take us a couple of months to order he was never pushy. On the day of installation the fitters arrived on time, placed dust sheets on every floor in my home and even placed them on the patio area outside. They were very well mannered and took pride in the job which they were doing. They didn't rush to get finished quicker, which resulted in our windows and doors being fitted to a very high standard. The quality of our windows and doors are excellent. I would highly recommend West Yorkshire Windows to anyone.

I thought the whole service was generally excellent. Salesman was helpful, friendly and professional without being too pushy. Fitters were also professional and efficient.

Dave was great, explained everything clearly and didn't push the sale. Errors were made but corrected immediately with no fuss. Punctuality was other trades.

Everything fine except for the request for the...
Everything fine except for the request for the first and only for final payment, came in form of a letter stating that if I didn't pay within three days, then legal action would be taken!
Methinks that either there is a problem with customer communications in the office at Clearview, or the customer is expected to be telepathic and able to read their minds as to when the final payment is due. Either way everything was fine until the threatening letter, which I did not appreciate.
