We had our front door fitted first, so pleased, had the Windows replaced, just had the French doors fitted. Excellent service two of our neighbours have viewed ours and have had there's done. I Cannot recommend this company highly enough, from the first contact to the fitting professional all the way. The two men who fit our windows we requested to have back to fit the French doors, as you could not ask for better, tidy working, pleasant and polite delightful.
I would not hesitate in any way to say if you are thinking about having new windows and doors don't hesitate they are excellent.

It was generally a pleasure to work with all concerned at Eden Windows. The quality of the product and the workmanship were exceptional. Sometimes deadlines/timetables slipped a bit, but overall we are delighted with our new conservatory and would gladly recommend Eden Windows to anyone.

Aftersales care is disgraceful. Nobody contacts...
Aftersales care is disgraceful. Nobody contacts you back, we have had our conservatory for 9 years now with broken seals on the skylights. We have told them over and over again and nobody will take responsibility. Also the back door has discoloured, we sent pictures, again nobody cares. The culture seems to be to blame everyone else within the company.
Would not recommend this company for that reason alone.

The installation team were perfect with every consideration given to providing excellent service. Installation was performed carefully and with every attention to detail. They ensured that everything was left clean after each stage of the work and I recommend them highly.

Visual Conservatories, windows and doors came...
Visual Conservatories, windows and doors came recommended to me from my parents who recently had 2 new doors fitted.
I was very pleased with the service I received for the pruchase of my triple glazed windown. I am intended on using them again to replace two further windows in the next 12 months once I have saved so money due to the cost of triple glazing.
I would happily recommend them to a friend.
The two men who fitted the window did an excellent and speedy job, They were very friendly and cheery.
