A big thank you to all the builders, joiners, fitters and the electrician, everyone who worked to complete our orangery acted professionally and despite the awful weather conditions remained cheerful and courteous. Thanks to their team work we have a beautiful orangery in time for christmas. Communication between the office and workmen could be improved as on two separate occasions staff turned up on time only to have to delay work as it hadn't been documented that we were having underfloor heating other than that small hiccough we wouldn't hesitate to recommend visual conservatories, windows and doors

Both my wife and myself are very impressed with everyone we dealt with at Amber.
From the initial contact with the sales executive Chris, Dave the survey engineer, Scott and Dean the guys that did the installation – who were absolutely fantastic – and worked like Trojans, to the people in the accounts department. We commend everyone at Amber, and have the greatest confidence that they are a truly professional company in every respect.
