We asked Orion to do our conservatory. There was at times no feed back and I had to contact them. Once contact was made this did improve. However even until recently obvious work in and around the conservatory had not been completed. Once I had contacted Orion again this was sorted out. One lad who had to dig out the footings and many other tasks worked extremely hard and was very pleasant throughout.

Refit of 4 windows with modern double glazing to...
Refit of 4 windows with modern double glazing to improve sound proofing and insulation. Significant improvement on both counts. The salesman was really helpful, honest and not pushy. The fitters were careful in their work putting dust sheets in the floor and very minimal damage to paintwork. He even fixed the front door that was catching for free. All staff turned up on time and were polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Ordered gold fitting, came with crome.Fitting...
Ordered gold fitting, came with crome.Fitting changed. Why was the door not checked before it left factory. Came to change fittings, did not bring keys & knob. end fitting on door weather board damaged, did not have a new one ( did know need to be changed) came with keys, drum and knob, came with wrong end fitting. Came back fitted and completed door at last. Poor ordering and checking.
We had no problems with Orion, it was yourselves that was poor.
