Would not recommend to anyone as workmen terribly...
Would not recommend to anyone as workmen terribly undtidy, seemed to forget they on private house not building site. Room on garden room, three colours, grey, black and white. Still waiting for a solution.

Paid deposit October 2015, work started 15th...
Paid deposit October 2015, work started 15th February and finished 15th April, so seemed a long process. Everyone I came in contact with were pleasant and helpful.
The conservatory looks wonderful, I'm very pleased with the work. I have had very positive feedback from family and friends.

One broken panel on delivery with another faulty,...
One broken panel on delivery with another faulty, broken panel quickly replaced but still waiting for replacement for the faulty unit.
Surveyor stood on conservatory roof and dislodged a roof panel. He said it wasn't his fault, and although I have complained to Visual I have met a brick wall, just not interested at all.
The young lad helping the installer - I would rather he had asked before using our bathroom for a wash and using my deodorant.
Good product spoilt by off hand service so at this time I would be unlikely to recommend Visual.

Twice we arranged dates for workmen to come to fix...
Twice we arranged dates for workmen to come to fix a damaged frame-caused by the sub-contractors. They failed to come and did not notify us. Two times we had to stay in. POOR shoddy communication.
