One broken panel on delivery with another faulty,...
One broken panel on delivery with another faulty, broken panel quickly replaced but still waiting for replacement for the faulty unit.
Surveyor stood on conservatory roof and dislodged a roof panel. He said it wasn't his fault, and although I have complained to Visual I have met a brick wall, just not interested at all.
The young lad helping the installer - I would rather he had asked before using our bathroom for a wash and using my deodorant.
Good product spoilt by off hand service so at this time I would be unlikely to recommend Visual.

Twice we arranged dates for workmen to come to fix...
Twice we arranged dates for workmen to come to fix a damaged frame-caused by the sub-contractors. They failed to come and did not notify us. Two times we had to stay in. POOR shoddy communication.

Subject:- Guardian Roof replacement plus two new windows

Arrived on agreed date and all work completed on schedule.
The two installation staff ( Martin and Graham) were courteous and informative throughout the project.
They were punctual and carried out their work in a professional and tidy manor and cleared material as the work progressed.
The plasterer (John) also did an excellent job and was without doubt a credit to his trade.
We our very pleased with this project and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Eden Windows.
