I prefer quality to quantity and I am not disappointed in my modest installation.

Kev the surveyor and Kev the builder were brilliant. Most of the other tradesmen were good. We had 3 fairly big issues I feel. One was my husband had to suggest to the electrician how to wire the conservatory as they were considering going though to our next door neighbours. The second was we had 2 leaks and this was where the damp course wasn't in the correct place again my husband had to suggest a way to rectify this. The 3rd most upsetting problem was that they covered up an open drain, which of course resulted in a quagmire of sludge and awful smell which we were trying to track the cause of for weeks. Again my husband discovered this by taking off the electric sockets. The team were very quick to respond and the pipe fitted into the main soil pipe which of course should have been done in the first place. This is all very unfortunate as the conservatory is lovely and we're really pleased with the finished product. I would love to recommend to others as the personnel service, prompt visits were fantastic, I just would be nervous about putting others through the problems that we had..
