Our form requirements were filled in incorrectly (...
Our form requirements were filled in incorrectly ( the colour of the door frame), therefore we had to wait for another 2 months for the second installation. This problem could have been solved if we had been sent a copy of the surveyors report including the door frame colour. from ordering the door it took 3 months which was not great service. It's a real shame as we are pleased with the door in the end. On the final product we would recommend this company but not on the communication about the product.
