The products are brilliant. I was however very disappointed with the service provided by one of the men who installed the windows. he was rude, arrogant and unpleasant to have in my house. It made the installation process a negative experience for me.

Generally very good. Door seems robust, well made and secure. Final inspection could have been better - stray bits of UPVC found - not from the installer but from the manufacture. Have problems with door closing at present - Service Technician awaited. 11th June 2016.

windows And Doors Initial contact with Ross very good felt at ease that 5 star could deliver the quality that i required for our project of new windows and doors did not haggle with the price quoted just wanted a first class job. we have had a few issues with the installation both front and back doors were damaged so had to be fitted at a later date this resulted in me having to book more time of work on the plus side 5 star did not hesitate in ordering two new doors the dormer window was fitted poorly with a screw clearly visible from the outside under the cill and one of the opening windows not opening and closing properly and the plastic trim peeling off the same day.Darren has been a massive help and gave me the confidence that all issues would get sorted. Have also been in contact with Julie about some outstanding issues she has been very helpful and courteous and once again gave me the confidence that issues will get sorted it is a credit to 5 star that they dont forget you once you have paid your money.

Good except for things - totally underestimated time needed so ended up leaving job half done and not being able to confirm when they would return to finish. Also had to ask them to tidy up properly outside.

I was very impressed with being kept up to date with what was going to happen. All the workmen were so pleasant and helpful and everything was tided away at the end of the day s work. I had a problem with the door locking system but this was dealt with very efficiently and promptly. Very much looking forward to living most of the time in my new Orangery.
