Good except for things - totally underestimated...
Good except for things - totally underestimated time needed so ended up leaving job half done and not being able to confirm when they would return to finish. Also had to ask them to tidy up properly outside.

I was very impressed with being kept up to date...
I was very impressed with being kept up to date with what was going to happen.
All the workmen were so pleasant and helpful and everything was tided away at the end of the day s work. I had a problem with the door locking system but
this was dealt with very efficiently and promptly.
Very much looking forward to living most of the time in my new Orangery.
