Review of Permaframe 2016
Since 2013 we have had windows and doors installed by Permaframe, although there have been niggling issues they have been sorted out quite quickly. The last two windows installed were not of the same quality, all three panes on one window had a prominent wavy effect and had to be replaced twice, the third replacement had a scratch on one pane and excess internal black trim on another pane, both faults were small but annoying none the less. We had to accept this as it was within the 50mm wide band around the edge of the glass; according to the GGF quality of vision document sent to me. The installer notified us of both these faults yet we were assured they had been checked prior.
Would I recommend Permaframe …….?

Installation of replacement windows and door was...
Installation of replacement windows and door was done with speed [they hardly stopped] and workmanship was excellent. My window cleaner is most impressed!
Wished I had replaced them sooner and yes, would definitely recommend.

You didn't always stick to the dates given...
You didn't always stick to the dates given (not weather related). Clearview installed a beautiful garden room which all our friends have admired. The sales rep originally misled us over the patio and we feel that your company have missed out on a marketing opportunity by not supporting us with this.
