The service provided was good with workmanship that I was happy with.

Workmanship good by all tradesmen, However very mislead on price. was quoted £23384.00 for basic Orangry, which included demolition and removal of old conservatory (wood), This then changed with the following extras, Under floor heating £1425.00 Tiles £760.00 Window changed £360.00 Radiator £445.00 back wall cladding £690.00 Total £27064.00 The wall cladding was ordered as a standby if the brickwork was not suitable after the flashband was removed, I was to make that decision. The radiator was cancelled -£440 The cladding was not used -£690 I was then told that the wall would need rebuilding and the cost would be exta. A bricklayer arrived and removed the flashband and plaster that should have been removed in the demolition price, and replaced 32 bricks from what was surplus to the build. This was already evident from day one when the salesman assesed the project that the work would be done in the original quote. I did not recive the refund for the cladding or radiator as was told that this cost would be used for the work on the wall, I was told that the radiator had not been costed in the project which it clearly had. Happy with the work and trades involved, NOT happy with having to pay for somthing that should have been made clear to me at the start of the project.

We are very pleased we chose Clearview for our orangery. The work done from showroom staff to finish and cleaning ran smoothly and according to schedule. Well organised. The tradesmen are decent and hard working and work to a high standard.

The 2 installers worked extremely hard, were extremely punctual and a pleasure to have in my home.
