We were impressed by the punctuality,politeness and hard work of all the workmen.
The quality of the conservatory and windows is excellent.
We were not impressed with some of the organisation,especially the 8 working days when no workmen were sent.

Your representative and surveyor were experienced...
Your representative and surveyor were experienced and very knowledgeable. Your installers were very experienced,skilled and hard working, leaving the the site clean and tidy but what really stood out about the two gentlemen who installed my new glass roof, both named Mark, was their refreshingly good and genuine people skills.
When I owned an installation company I prided myself on the training that I gave to my installers and representatives. I now find it difficult to accept some of the socially unaware, untrained people who turn up to work on my house so your people were like a breath of fresh air to me.
I would highly recommend your outstanding company to anyone. 'Top Marks'
