From initial order I had not contact from 5 Star...
From initial order I had not contact from 5 Star for 3 weeks or more. I telephoned and asked when my installation was to take place, I was told they would call me back. I received a call to confirm the installation date, midweek not what I requested, I specifically requested a weekend fitting. I was told they did not like fitting at weekends in case spares were needed, why would you need spares on a new installation ?
Having said that the fitter was excellent his workmanship is very good and we are pleased with the finished product.
5 Star need to keep the customers informed of the progress of the orders.
