Mostly pleased with everything, however we noticed...
Mostly pleased with everything, however we noticed the old windows were left on the drive. We didn't notice this until the fitter had left. We called the office who said they would get the old windows collected the following day, they did not collect. We then disposed of them ourselves. We also had two scratches on the new front door that have now been coloured in. This was done quickly and so far the 'repair' is looking ok although a bit of a disappointment on a new door.
The fitter was great and took pride in his work, I think leaving the old windows was just a slip of the mind, it was late in the day when he finished and zero degrees all day.

This was the best company and products I have had the pleasure of doing business with for a long time. The fantastic answer gradings are all well deserved. Can't rate them highly enough in every way.
We had a porch windows and doors. Excellent service cleanest and tidiest of workmen, flexible schedule, accommodating staff. A joy!

Project completed in an efficient manner after...
Project completed in an efficient manner after "misunderstanding" over type of side panels requested/fitted i.e. only plastic side panels supplied whereas understood would be of same material as door. Staff polite and punctual,pleased with overall effect.

Excellent work by the 2 fitters, John and Josh. Worked quickly and efficiently. On the sales and design side, the absence of computer graphics does not compare well with other design companies.
